Venue Information

We get a number of questions relating to the venue for different events all the time, so in an effort to help you before you attend, we have listed some of them here for you to peruse before the event to make your visit as stress-free as possible!

EVENT VENUE ADDRESS

BEC Arena
Longbridge Road
Trafford Park
Stretford
Manchester
M17 1SN, UK

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT OPEN?

Comic Con Manchester opens at the same time over the course of the weekend. This time is as follows:(Comic Con Manchester)

  • Saturday Entry: 9.00am

  • Saturday Closing: 6.00pm

  • Sunday Entry: 9.00am

  • Sunday Closing: 6.00pm

DO YOU HAVE CAR PARKING?

BEC Arena has had an ANPR parking system installed at the venue, allowing better control and smoother operation of the car park. No tickets will be pre-sold for this, and it is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. 15% of the parking space has been reserved for blue badge holders, which will be marshalled on the day.

The ANPR system will allow more vehicles than ever to park on the site and will reduce congestion and wait time, with a one-in, one-out system once the car park is full, increasing capacity and efficiency.

DO YOU HAVE A CASH MACHINE?

Currently, there is no cash machine available at Bowlers Exhibition Centre, so we strongly advise that you bring plenty of cash with you on the day to make sure you do not miss out.

We also have card terminals at each guest’s table as well as in the photo areas where you can purchase photo ops, autographs, selfies, and COA certificates.

Finally, it is worth noting that the vast majority of traders accept cards as well as cash, but always check with the trader before purchasing an item.

Absolutely NO food or drinks are permitted to be brought onto the premises by members of the public for Health and Safety reasons.
