🚗 Parking

• 4,000+ free spaces available.

• Accessible/Blue Badge spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.

💳 Cash & Payments

• ATM available on-site (but bring cash just in case).

• Card terminals at guest tables, photo areas, and most trader stands.

• Currency: Pound Sterling only (Euros not accepted).

📶 Wi-Fi

• Attendees: 15 minutes free browsing in the café.

• Exhibitors: Wi-Fi codes available from the Venue Manager’s Office.

♿ Accessibility

• Step-free access throughout the venue.

• Accessible toilets available.

⛑ First Aid

• Trained staff on duty during all opening hours.

• First Aid office: located at the front of the Eikon, beside the Venue Manager’s Office.

👶 Baby Changing

Facilities available in selected toilets. Ask a staff member for directions.

🚭 Smoking Policy

• No smoking anywhere inside the venue.

• E-cigarettes are also prohibited.

• Anyone found smoking/vaping indoors will be asked to leave (no refund).
