The Eikon Exhibition Centre is fully accessible with:

Accessible toilets throughout the venue

♿ Changing Places Toilet (mobile unit) on-site at all events, featuring:
Height-adjustable changing bench
Ceiling hoist
Space for up to 2 carers
Please note: Staff cannot assist within the Changing Places facility.

🐕🦺 Guide/Assistance dogs allowed
⚠️ No wheelchair hire on-site — please bring your own if required
Free standard entry for carers with a Nimbus Access Card showing a +1 or +2
PAs must remain with the guest at all times
No limit for those with a queuing symbol on their Nimbus Card
Covers entry only (not guest queues)
Must be pre-booked — no Fast-Track issued at the event
From 2025, Fast Track is per guest for autographs and photos
You must hold a valid auto/photo ticket before applying
Requests must be made per guest & per ticket purchase
Subject to availability
This change massively increases the number of Fast-Track spots available
