🦽 Wheelchairs & Mobility Scooters

  • Available to Hire: Limited equipment available — booking early is recommended.

  • Costs:

    • Wheelchairs: £5

    • Scooters: £20

  • Booking: Equipment can be reserved online in advance. Pre-bookings are held until 1:00 PM on the event day. Equipment is issued on a first-come, first-served basis if not pre-booked.

  • Payment: Card only. Equipment is available during show hours.


🅿️ Parking & Drop-Off

  • Blue Badge Parking: Blue Badge holders will be directed to the nearest accessible car park. Badges may be inspected on arrival.

  • Taxi Drop-Off: Taxis can drop off and pick up directly from main entrances with a valid Blue Badge.

  • Pre-Pay Parking: A Discount is available when paying online in advance.


🚻 Accessible Facilities

  • Toilets: Available throughout the venue.

  • Changing Places: Located near Hall 20 and Hall 2. These include adjustable benches and hoist systems. Radar key required.


🐕 Assistance Dogs

  • Trained assistance and guide dogs are welcome. Make sure your dog is visible to staff for their safety.


🎟️ Access & Carer Tickets

  • Free Personal Assistant Ticket: This ticket is available for visitors with access needs. Requires a valid eligibility card.

  • Fast-Track Entry: Available to those who need it. Proof of need is required.

  • Auto/Photo Fast Track: Available with a valid access card for individual guests. Must be requested separately for each ticket.

🦽 Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters

  • Access: Wheelchair users can easily access the venue entrances. A lift to the First Floor Conference Suites is available in the Reception Foyer.

  • Equipment Hire: Scooters and wheelchairs can be pre-booked prior to visiting the venue by calling 01952 281 500.

🅿️ Parking

  • Accessible Parking: Marked accessible parking spaces are available in Car Parks 1 and 4. Car Park 1 is adjacent to E1 and E2, while Car Park 4 is adjacent to E4. The event management team can reserve additional spaces on an event-by-event basis, subject to requirements.

🚻 Toilets

  • Facilities: Unisex, as well as separate male and female, wheelchair-accessible toilets are located on both the ground and first floors.

🔥 Fire Evacuation

  • Safety Measures: The venue has a Managed Fire Evacuation System. Safe holding areas are located on the first floor to ensure wheelchair users can be safely escorted to the Fire Exit by one of the Fire Evacuation Stewards.

🐕 Assistance Dogs

  • Policy: Assistance dogs are always welcome at the Telford International Centre. If you require refreshments for service dogs, please let the venue know prior to arrival so they can ensure this can be provided.

🎟️ Disability Access & Carer Tickets

  • Personal Assistant Ticket: A complimentary personal assistant ticket can be issued to those holding a Nimbus Access Card that displays a +1 or +2 symbol. This ticket is a free standard entry ticket. Personal assistants are expected to remain with the customer they are supporting throughout the event.

  • Fast-Track Entry: There are no limits on Fast-Track Entry for anyone who requires it. These tickets are issued using the Nimbus card scheme. To be eligible, your access card must show a queuing symbol. The Fast-Track Entry ticket allows access via the fast-track queue but does not include Guest Fast Track.

  • Auto/Photo Fast Track: From 2025 onwards, Fast Track capacity is allocated for each individual guest, separated into autographs and photographs. Those registered under the Nimbus card scheme with a queuing symbol can apply for a Fast Track auto or photo ticket with any announced guests. Please note that you must have a valid auto/photo ticket for the guest in question before applying for a Fast Track. These tickets are limited and subject to availability and must be requested each time a ticket is purchased. Fast-Track will not automatically be added, even if applied to another guest order.
