To help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we’ve answered some common questions below regarding accessibility and carer tickets for For the Love of Fantasy at ExCeL London.
The event and venue are fully accessible for disabled guests.
Disabled toilet facilities are available within all public restrooms.
Ramps are located throughout the venue and outside for easy movement.
Accessible parking is available near ExCeL London.
Limited dedicated accessible bays are located in the venue car park. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A free Personal Assistant ticket is available to those with a Nimbus Access Card showing a +1 or +2 symbol.
The PA must stay with the person they’re supporting throughout the event.
Tickets must be pre-arranged (details below).
Unlimited Fast-Track Entry is available to anyone with a Nimbus Access Card showing the queuing symbol.
Fast-Track applies to event entry only (not guest access).
These tickets must be requested in advance.
From 2025 onwards:
Fast-Track access is now per individual guest, separated into Autograph and Photo Fast-Track lanes.
You must hold a valid ticket for the guest before applying for Fast-Track.
Fast-Track is only available for Nimbus cardholders with the queuing symbol.
These are limited and must be requested with each new order.
No Fast-Track tickets will be issued on the day of the event.
