Notify us via email once you’ve shipped your item – orders are not confirmed until we’ve received your email.
You can request personalisation, quotes, or inscriptions free of charge – but these are at the signer’s discretion and not guaranteed.
We request proof photos where possible, but they are not included as part of the guaranteed service.
You may specify signature location and ink colour, but we cannot guarantee these requests.
Attach a post-it note with your name and return address to the back of your item. If we can’t identify the item, it may cause significant delays.
For special instructions (e.g., quote placement, ink colour), use post-it notes or masking tape to attach them clearly to the item.
Ensure your full name and return address are clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.
Compact packaging is preferred – fold posters (if possible) or use tubes.
Use bubble wrap for protection. Please avoid foam pieces, as they’re messy for signers and staff.
For Funko Pop or figure cases, send only the flat case, not the full figure.
If your item hasn’t arrived close to the event date, we’ll contact you.
Sending items for multiple guests? That’s fine – just separate each item inside the parcel with clear labels and packaging, as they’ll be routed to different locations. We prefer to reuse your packaging for return shipping.
