We get a number of questions relating to disability access and carer tickets at the venue for different events all the time, so in an effort to help you before you attend, we have listed some of them here for you to peruse before the event to make your visit as stress-free as possible!

The venue is fully accessible to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.


🛗 Venue Access

  • Step-free access throughout the venue

  • Accessible toilets are available within public restroom areas

  • Ramps are provided across the ground floor and exterior areas

  • Lift access is available for upper-level spaces


🅿️ Accessible Parking

  • Designated accessible parking spots near the entrance

  • Limited spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis


🎟️ Personal Assistant Tickets

  • Free entry tickets are available for personal assistants supporting guests with access needs

  • Assistants must stay with the person they’re supporting during the event


⏩ Fast-Track Entry

  • Available for guests who cannot queue for long periods

  • Fast-Track access applies only to general entry (not guest-specific lines)


🖊️ Auto/Photo Fast Track

  • Fast Track available for individual guest autographs and photo sessions

  • Must have a valid ticket for each session before requesting Fast Track access

  • Tickets are limited and need to be requested at the time of purchase

  • Not added automatically and not available on the day of the event
