The venue is fully accessible, with lifts, accessible entrances, and accessible toilets on all levels.
Accessible toilets are available on every floor of the venue.
Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are permitted in all public areas.
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
Wheelchairs are not provided by the venue — please bring your own if required.
Personal Assistant Ticket:
If you hold a Nimbus Access Card displaying “+1” or “+2”, you are entitled to a free standard entry ticket for your Personal Assistant (PA).
The PA must remain with you throughout your visit.
This offer is available only to attendees aged 16 and over, as under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Fast-Track Entry:
If your Nimbus Access Card shows the queuing symbol, you can request Fast-Track entry via a dedicated accessible queue.
This applies both to general entry and, where available, to autograph and photo session queues.
Important: Fast-Track tickets must be requested in advance — they cannot be issued at the venue.
You must already hold the relevant autograph or photo ticket before applying for Fast-Track access.

All visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult; Personal Assistant tickets are not available for under-16s attending on their own.
