Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue.
A Changing Places facility is located on the concourse level for those who require additional space and equipment.
If you use a wheelchair, mobility scooter, or medical equipment, please contact the venue before attending so support can be arranged for smooth entry and movement around the building.
If you have an access card that includes a +1 or +2 symbol, you can request a complimentary standard ticket for a personal assistant.
This must be arranged in advance. These tickets cannot be issued on the day.
The personal assistant must be aged 16 or over.
If your access card includes the “queuing” symbol, you can request fast-track entry to the event.
If you hold valid autograph or photo tickets, you can also request fast-track access for these activities.
Fast-track access must be requested before the event.
