Matthew Lewis is a British actor best known around the world as Neville Longbottom in the *Harry Potter* film series. Beginning with *Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone*, he portrayed Neville throughout all eight films, with the character developing from a shy Hogwarts student into one of the heroes of the Battle of Hogwarts.
