In May I will be traveling to the UK for work reasons and my trip has just been extended one more week. Luckily for me my dates now coincide with your Liverpool convention. I’ve attended several local and Europe cons as a guest and as a host (host just at Spanish cons), and I was wondering if you have a program of guest cosplayers on your con I could fit in… My stay and my trip to the UK are already fully covered, so it would really cost nothing to the organization to have one little extra guest from another country; and of course if you accept my proposal I would cover all my expenses derived from attending and going to Liverpool at your weekend dates. Also I’ll be traveling with a photographer, so he could send you all the photographic work he will do for your use on social networks if you want it.
I’m not a celebrity, so I completely understand if I don’t meet your requirements to be a cosplayer guest or you are just not interested, but if that’s the case I’d like to ask if we can apply for 2 press passes. Besides from being a cosplayer, I write for the Spanish science fiction magazine “Rebelión Galáctica” so as a guest or press I would very much like to take the opportunity to write an article for our readers about your 2 convention days experience. As I said I’m not a celebrity or big influencer, but all my followers and our readers are science fiction fans.
