There is a drop-off point on the riverside of the venue if you&#8217;d prefer door to door service, although assistance may be needed as the route includes ramps.<\/p><p><strong>INDUCTION LOOPS<\/strong><\/p><p>Once you&#8217;re inside the building the box office features a fixed loop hearing system.<\/p><p><strong>ACCESSIBLE TOILETS<\/strong><\/p><p>There are accessible toilets on every floor in Exhibition Centre Liverpool<\/p><p><strong>MOTORISED SCOOTER AND WHEELCHAIRS<\/strong><\/p><p>Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are allowed in public parts of the venue, and guide dogs are welcome in Exhibition Centre Liverpool. Wheelchairs are not provided and therefore customers need to bring their own if required.<\/p><p><strong>\u200bCHANGING PLACES TOILET<\/strong><\/p><p>Exhibition Centre Liverpool now has a Changing Places facility for customers visiting events. Access to this facility is from the main glass atrium running the whole length of the building on the river side. If you require any further details please contact the nearest steward whilst at the event.<\/p><p>The Changing Places Toilet facilities include:\u00a0 a\u00a0height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a tracking hoist system, or mobile hoist if this is not possible, adequate space in the changing area for the disabled person and up to two carers, a centrally-placed toilet with room either side, a screen or curtain to allow some privacy, wide tear-off paper roll to cover the bench, a large waste bin for disposable pads, a non-slip floor.<\/p><p>\u200b<\/p><p>* PLEASE NOTE: Event and venue staff are unable to assist within the Changing Places toilet.<\/p><p><strong>DISABILITY ACCESS TICKETS\u200b<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Personal Assistant Ticket \u2013<\/strong> A complimentary personal assistant ticket can be issued to those holding a Nimbus Access Card that displays a +1 or +2 symbol. This ticket is a free standard entry ticket. When holding this ticket, we expect Personal Assistants to remain with the customer they are there to support throughout the event.<\/p><p><strong>Fast-Track Entry &#8211;<\/strong> There are no limits on Fast-Track Entry for anyone who requires it. As above these tickets will be issued using the Nimbus card scheme. To be eligible, your access card must show a queuing symbol. The Fast-Track Entry ticket will only allow access to enter the event via the fast-track queue. This does not include Guest Fast Track.<\/p><p><strong>Auto\/Photo Fast Track<\/strong> &#8211; Previously we issued one Fast Track to cover both entry and all guests. Our reasoning was to ensure that we don\u2019t oversubscribe the accessible area\/lane which would make it ineffective for everyone. From 2025 onwards, there is a Fast Track capacity for each individual guest. This will also be separated into their autographs and photographs. Anyone who is registered under our Nimbus card scheme and holds a queuing symbol can apply for a Fast Track auto or photo ticket with any of the announced guests. Please note that you must have a valid auto\/photo ticket for the guest in question before applying for a Fast Track. These tickets are limited and are subject to availability. These tickets will need to be requested each time a ticket is purchased. Fast-Track will not automatically be added even if this has been applied to another guest order.<\/p><p>Please note that we cannot issue any Fast-Track tickets at the event. These must be pre-ordered through our Ticketing partner in advance of your attendance.
