If we can\u2019t identify the item, it may cause significant delays.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1469\"><p data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1469\">For special instructions (e.g., quote placement, ink colour), use <strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1433\">post-it notes or masking tape<\/strong> to attach them clearly to the item.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1569\"><p data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1569\">Ensure your <strong data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1516\">full name and return address<\/strong> are clearly marked <strong data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1554\">on the outside<\/strong> of the parcel.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1649\"><p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1649\"><strong data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1606\">Compact packaging is preferred<\/strong> \u2013 fold posters (if possible) or use tubes.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1757\"><p data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1757\">Use <strong data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1671\">bubble wrap<\/strong> for protection. Please <strong data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1716\">avoid foam pieces<\/strong>, as they\u2019re messy for signers and staff.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1846\"><p data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1846\">For <strong data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1793\">Funko Pop or figure cases<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1822\">send only the flat case<\/strong>, <em data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1845\">not the full figure<\/em>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1920\"><p data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1920\">If your item hasn\u2019t arrived close to the event date, we\u2019ll contact you.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"2154\"><p data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"2154\">Sending items for <strong data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"1960\">multiple guests<\/strong>? That\u2019s fine \u2013 just <strong data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2021\">separate each item inside the parcel<\/strong> with clear labels and packaging, as they\u2019ll be routed to different locations.
