The RDS is an accessible venue, with accessible entrances, lifts and toilets available throughout the event.<\/p><p>Here\u2019s some useful information to help you plan your visit.<\/p><h2>ACCESSIBLE PARKING<\/h2><p>Accessible parking spaces are available in the <strong>Merrion Road Car Park<\/strong> and <strong>Simmonscourt Car Park<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Spaces are available on a <strong>first come, first served basis<\/strong> and cannot be reserved in advance, so we recommend allowing a little extra time when you arrive.<\/p><h2>ACCESSIBLE TOILETS<\/h2><p>Accessible toilets are available throughout the RDS. They are <strong>unisex and fitted with emergency alarm pull cords<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Our event and venue teams understand that <strong>not all disabilities are visible<\/strong>, so please speak to a member of staff if you need any help during your visit.<\/p><p>Please note that the RDS does not currently have a Changing Places toilet.<\/p><h2>GUIDE &amp; ASSISTANCE DOGS<\/h2><p>Guide and assistance dogs are very welcome at the RDS and can accompany you throughout the venue.<\/p><h2>GETTING AROUND THE VENUE<\/h2><p>The RDS is wheelchair accessible, with lifts available where required.<\/p><p><strong>Halls 1\u20138<\/strong>, with the exception of Hall 5, are at ground level and easily accessible.<\/p><p>First-floor event spaces can be reached by lift, and accessible toilets are available across the halls.<\/p><p>All meeting spaces are also wheelchair accessible.<\/p><p>For events with designated wheelchair spaces and companion seating, these should be requested when booking your tickets.<\/p><h2>PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKETS<\/h2><p>If your <strong>Nimbus Access Card displays a +1 or +2 symbol<\/strong>, you can request a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket.<\/p><p>This is a free standard entry ticket for the person supporting you during your visit. We ask that Personal Assistants remain with the person they are supporting throughout the event.<\/p><h2>ACCESSIBLE FAST-TRACK ENTRY<\/h2><p>If your Nimbus Access Card displays the <strong>queuing symbol<\/strong>, you can request Fast-Track Entry.<\/p><p>This allows you to use the accessible Fast-Track queue when entering the event.<\/p><p>Please note that <strong>event entry Fast Track does not include Guest Fast Track<\/strong> for autograph or photo sessions.<\/p><h2>AUTOGRAPH &amp; PHOTO FAST TRACK<\/h2><p>If your Nimbus Access Card displays the <strong>queuing symbol<\/strong>, you can also request accessible Fast Track for individual guest autograph and photo sessions.<\/p><p>You&#8217;ll need to have already purchased a valid autograph or photo ticket for that guest before requesting Fast Track.<\/p><p>Fast-Track tickets are:<\/p><p>\u2022 Requested separately for each guest and autograph\/photo session<br \/>\u2022 Subject to availability<br \/>\u2022 Not automatically added to future guest bookings<\/p><p>If you purchase another autograph or photo ticket later, you&#8217;ll need to make a new Fast-Track request for that booking.<\/p><p><strong>Please arrange Fast-Track access before the event<\/strong>, as these tickets cannot be issued on the day.<\/p><h2>REQUESTING ACCESSIBLE TICKETS<\/h2><p>Accessible tickets and adjustments are managed through the <strong>Nimbus Access Card scheme<\/strong>.<\/p><p>To request a Personal Assistant ticket, Fast-Track Entry or Guest Fast Track, contact:<\/p><p><a href=\"mailto:Monopolyaccessibility@ticketquarter.co.uk\"><strong>Monopolyaccessibility@ticketquarter.co.uk<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p>To help us process your request as smoothly as possible, please include:<\/p><p>\u2022 Your order number<br \/>\u2022 Your Nimbus Access Card details<br \/>\u2022 The accessible ticket(s) or adjustment you require<\/p><p>All requests are subject to the relevant eligibility requirements and availability.<\/p><p><strong>Find out more about Nimbus &amp; accessible tickets<\/strong><\/p><h2>UNDER 16s<\/h2><p>For everyone&#8217;s safety and wellbeing, <strong>all visitors under 16 must attend with an adult<\/strong>.<\/p><p>As an accompanying adult is already required for visitors under 16, complimentary Personal Assistant tickets are only issued to eligible customers aged <strong>16 and over<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>NEED SOME HELP?<\/h2><p>If you&#8217;re unsure about accessibility arrangements before your visit, please get in touch with the accessibility team.
